The Flemish Government Decree of 9 February 2007 concerning the prevention of Legionnaires’ disease in public places sets out the obligation to draw up a management plan. Such a plan is also indirectly required for non-public workplaces under the Royal Decree on Biological Agents. This is a complicated task that has to be adapted to each particular situation and requires expertise.
